had a test done and instead of Dr. Wong calling me to inform my results directly, she had her front desk employee inform me of my test result. This is against HIPAA and California law to do this. When the front desk called me informing me my results, I had questions that could not be answered by her. She gave me a one word response to my tested result. Instead of having Dr. Wong tell me properly, she gave her front desk with no knowledge about my results to tell me and recommend I go see another doctor. Malpractice. I may escalate this because this is unlawful. I'm disappointed about my experience..
This isn't the only issue either. In another occasion I had blood work done and the front desk (of course again) tells me my blood work results vaguely and gave me medical advice when legally the doctor is supposed to provide me the results. I've never experienced this kind of malpractice before.
AND ANOTHER issue. On my very first appointment I had requested this blood work and was confirmed on that day that I will get the blood work done. Instead I visited leaving work early to get it done. You know what the front desk girl said? She said "oh no I can't do that today but I can do it any other day" wtf if she couldnt do it THAT day then why was I scheduled that day of the week? I did not get an apology and I had to take more time off from work wasting my PTO for lack of communication. The front desk lady simply looked at me, said "I can't do the bloodwork today but any other day is fine" with a blank look and made another appointment. And as I mentioned, I wasted my time and had to take time off for that appointment. Very deceitful and no care from that lady.
I've read past reviews and for years Dr. Wong does not reprimand her employees because I'm not the first person to have these issues especially with the front desk every visit and every phone call. I'm so pissed.
Their front desk staff are unprofessional, careless, and constantly violates HIPAA and California laws.

My name is Josefina D. Gervacio. Dr. Grace Wong is my primary care physician. Yesterday, August 28, 2025, I was not feeling well and seems feverish. I tested myself and the result showed that I was positive of Covid 19. I went home from work early. I called the office of Dr. Wong at around 4:00 p.m. and the person I was talking with told me that she will immediately inform Dr. Wong to request for a prescription. I was feeling really bad, so I asked the person in the office to please ensure that I get the prescription soonest. She even told me " There is no reason that you will not get the prescription today".
After an hour and a half and several calls I made to the pharmacy, there was no prescription sent from the doctor's office. The office of Dr. Grace Wong was already closed. I had to find another doctor who can attend to my need. Luckily, I was able to get the prescription from one of the doctors I called.

I am a senior and just wanted a doctor that actually heard me. A doctor that truly listened and made me feel valued and safe. Dr. Wong is just amazing. I have no complaints and I am completely satisfied in her hands.

I have been going here for quite awhile now and I never have any complaints. The office staff along with Dr. Wong are extremely helpful and always cheerful. I absolutely recommend them to a lot of people. If you ever never a great doctor with a wonderful staff, this is the place you need to go.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Grace Wong. She is truly a rare find, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as my primary caretaker. From the very first appointment, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Wong is not only deeply knowledgeable and thorough in her care, but she’s also kind, intuitive, and present. I trust her completely—and that trust means everything.
I pay out of pocket and don’t have insurance, so every visit really counts. Dr. Wong honors that by making every appointment worthwhile. She takes the time to explain things clearly, makes thoughtful and timely referrals, and always treats me with warmth and respect. My wellness checkups with her feel more like a partnership in my health than a routine task—and that’s rare.
Her integrity, empathy, and professionalism set her apart. I walk out of her office feeling reassured and empowered. She’s the kind of doctor you hope to find but so rarely do. I’m truly grateful to be under her care.

Dr. Wong goes conducts the most thorough annual checkups ever! Medical visits are swiftly submitted to insurance companies and prescriptions are called-in promptly and available within a couple hours for pickup at my designated favorite pharmacy. Her diagnoses of any potential problems are narrowed by a wide array of health-related questions and bio-functions. Her recordkeeping provides her a basis to review any past health concerns and helping to point ongoing healthcare in the right directions. When meds are part of the solution, she describes alternative, most effective prescriptions. She maintains a medical posture of precautionary physical checkups to reassure her patients that they are in good hands with Dr. Grace I. Wong. Her demeanor is always a quiet, friendly, caring, respectful demeanor as she asks investigative health-related questions during annual checkups to safeguard my health! Greatest M.D. Family doctor ever in my view!

I went to Dr. Wong looking to establish a relationship for a Primary Care Physician. Although we went over my medical history and she made some suggestions, I am not sure that we covered anything about her and her practice, how she likes to handle her patients, how often she wants to see them, etc. I am not sure of all of the questions but I kind of want to know who I am seeing and what they expect.
